Payment Locations

Pay your bill in person at a number of locations throughout the KCP&L service area. Just bring your monthly bill or your KCP&L account number to any of the locations shown below. Look for the KCP&L sign at the front counter or customer service window. Some Missouri locations may charge a modest fee for processing your payment - never more than $1.

If you have questions about your account, you can view your account information by registering for AccountLink or e-mail a Customer Services Representative.
