Notice – Website Maintenance Occurring July 4-5, 2014

Some areas of our website are receiving a system upgrade from 3:00 a.m., Friday, July 4 to the evening of Saturday, July 5. We apologize for the inconvenience, but our online bill payment and account management services are currently unavailable. We are working to minimize this maintenance time so we can restore access to these services as soon as possible.

Our Customer Service Representatives are available by phone at 1-888-471-5275 or 816-471-5275. There may be longer-than-normal hold times, but we are standing by to answer your call as quickly as possible.

You also can report an outage through our automated phone line at 1-888-LIGHT-KC or 1-888-544-4852.

Online services that are inaccessible during the maintenance include:

  • Online Account Access (bill payment, view bill and usage, set communications preferences)
  • Start/Stop/Transfer Service Online
  • Report Outage Online
