Visit any of these participating Westlake Ace Hardware or Hy-Vee stores in Missouri and look for the in-store display with coupons. 
- Choose which ENERGY STAR qualified compact fluorescent lights (CFLs) you wish to purchase*.
- Fill out the in-store coupon with your name, address and electric utility. This information is needed at the checkout.
- Bring your CFLs and your completed coupon to the checkout.
* Limit 6 bulbs per customer per visit
Instant rebates are only available to KCP&L's Missouri residents at participating Westlake Ace Hardware or Hy-Vee locations. They will have special pricing on CFLs from October - December, bringing the purchase price as low as $0.99 per bulb with the coupon.
