Budget Billing Plan Statements for Households
Customers taking advantage of KCP&L's Budget Billing Plan (APP) will find a chart detailing their monthly account status under the Account Summary section on the front page. It illustrates how the plan levelizes your billing amounts in spite of seasonal ups and downs in energy usage and pricing. On your APP anniversary date, your account balance will be used to set your monthly plan payment for the following year.
