Your Dollars Make a Difference with Dollar-Aide

During the past 24 years, Dollar-Aide has helped thousands of families pay their heating, cooling and water bills during financially pressing times to avoid loss of service. And the need is even greater this year.

Send a separate check payable to Dollar-Aide.  Include it with your monthly KCP&L electric bill payment, or mail directly to:

Year-round monthly pledge

Fill out the contribution form to indicate your tax-deductible, year-round monthly pledge, which will be added to your monthly bill.

Text donation

Enter AID and the amount you want to donate in the message. Text it to: 80077. Respond YES to the reply text.

Your donation to mGive Foundation will be on your next mobile phone bill. 100% will go to Dollar-Aide.

For information on agencies that distribute Dollar-Aide funds, please contact United Way of Greater Kansas City (2-1-1 or 1-866-320-5764) or United Way of St. Joseph, who administer the program on our behalf.
