Locate Underground Lines Before You Dig

The Missouri Underground Facility Safety and Prevention Act and the Kansas Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act prohibit excavation on private or public property without first notifying each utility with area underground facilities. This allows utilities to locate and mark their facilities before work begins.
