Weatherize Raytown

Join us Saturday, November 19 from 1pm-3pm in Raytown to learn more about KCP&L’s energy efficiency offerings and free upgrades for qualifying participants!

KCP&L EventKCP&L will be joined by United Services Community Action Agency (USCAA) and the Sierra Club from 1-3 pm on Saturday 19, 2016 at 8812 E Gregory Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133. Representatives will be going door-to-door and help qualified participants apply for a free home energy audit and upgrades ranging from installing insulation to repairing or replacing heating and cooling equipment. In addition, KCP&L will be handing out free energy efficient light bulb packs for customers.

Owner – Required Forms

Download Owners Application 

  • Proof of Home Ownershipthis document can be obtained through your County Courthouse, or in Jackson, Clay or Platte counties

  • Proof of Income can consist of one or more of the following:

    • Wage earnersprovide a full 3 months prior to the application date of paycheck stubs, if paid weekly, we will need 13 paystubs or if paid bi-weekly 7 paystubs all consecutive or a currently dated Social Security Income Award letter and/or current Pension/Retirement statement

    • Self-employed your 2014 1040 Income Tax Return is acceptable

  • Utility Bills provide one copy each of a recent gas and electric bill

  • Social Security Card provide a readable copy of the Social Security Card for the main applicant

  • Birth Dates on the application form, include dates of birth for yourself and everyone living in the home

  • Phone Number please provide at least one (preferably two) phone numbers on your application


Renter – Required Forms
  • Owner/Landlord Agreement – provide owner/landlord agreement form

  • Proof of Income – can consist of one or more of the following:

    • Wage earners – provide a full 3 months prior to the application date of paycheck stubs, if paid weekly, we will need 13 paystubs or if paid bi-weekly 7 paystubs all consecutive or a currently dated Social Security Income Award letter and/or current Pension/Retirement statement
