Online Enhancements

As we work to improve your online experience, many of our customer applications will be unavailable May 2 - 6.

As we roll out our new customer information system, online account access and other applications will be unavailable from Wednesday, May 2, through Sunday, May 6. Those applications include:

  • Secure portals, such as My Account, AccountLink Advantage, ApartmentLink and AgencyLink
  • Text messaging
  • Starting, stopping or transferring your electrical service

During this period, you will be unable to make online or over-the-phone payments. If your bill is normally due during this period, please arrange to pay in advance or on Monday, May 7.

What these upgrades mean

We are investing in our technology, systems and online portals to:

  • Ensure improved, consistent and more efficient communications from us – online and over the phone.
  • Help you better manage your energy use.
  • Provide increased flexibility for your account management.
